The tile or card contains a tiny NFC chip. When a customer holds their phone near it (most modern phones support this), it opens whatever the tag is set up for, like your review page, menu, contact card or booking page, right in their browser. No app download needed.
Every product includes a QR code as a backup. Customers without NFC can simply scan the QR code with their phone camera to reach the same page.
Yes. If your business wants some changes to be made, we update it and reprogram the card.
Yes. A tag opens one link, but that link can be a simple branded page with several buttons, for example review us, follow us, see the menu and join the Wi-Fi, so customers pick what they need.
Yes. Modern iPhones and most Android phones read NFC automatically. Each card also has a QR code, so older phones can scan it instead.
Yes. Asking customers to leave honest reviews is fully compliant with Google's review policies. You're simply making it easier for them to do so. (Offering rewards in exchange for reviews is not allowed, so we never set tags up that way.)
