Our Services
Ground-level photos leave out the biggest part of the story — the size of your site, the condition of your roof, the scale of your work. We deliver the drone shots and video that show it, for construction crews, snow removal contractors, logistics yards, film productions, weddings and any business that needs a better view.

Who We Fly For
“The schedule slipped, and now everyone has a different story about why.”
A dated aerial record of your site, captured on a regular cycle, gives owners, lenders and trades one shared picture of progress. It is also your evidence when a change order or delay is disputed — and it saves sending crews into active equipment zones just to take photos.
“A slip-and-fall claim shows up months later and the first question is: can you prove what the lot looked like?”
Time-stamped aerial footage of cleared lots, roofs and access routes documents the condition of a site when your crew left. It also helps you show clients your service, plan snow storage space, and win the next contract with real footage instead of stock photos.
“Big yards, tall roofs and busy docks are slow and risky to inspect on foot.”
We capture overview footage of yards, trailer lots, rooftops and building exteriors without shutting down operations or putting anyone on a ladder — plus polished facility videos that show shippers and hiring candidates what your operation really looks like.
“A helicopter shot eats the budget, and a locked-off ground camera cannot tell the story.”
Smooth, cinematic establishing shots, reveals, tracking moves and location scouting footage at a fraction of the cost of manned aircraft. We work to your shot list and deliver clean clips your editor can drop straight into the timeline.
“The day goes by in a blur — and the best view of it is one you will never see from the ground.”
A sweeping aerial of the venue, the processional or the send-off adds a scale that ground cameras cannot. We check venue rules and weather in advance, plan around your photographer and videographer, and stay discreet so the day stays about you.
“Ground-level listing photos hide the lot, the neighbourhood and the reason people would want to live or lease there.”
Aerial photo and video packages that show boundaries, access, nearby amenities and the full building — for homes, commercial buildings, development land and vacant units that need to lease faster.
“Climbing a roof for every estimate or claim is slow, unsafe and hard to document.”
High-resolution roof and exterior imagery for quotes, solar site assessments, storm-damage documentation and before-and-after records — delivered as organized image sets that are easy to attach to an estimate, claim or report.
“Your property is huge, and none of that scale comes across in a phone photo.”
Fly-throughs and aerial stills for farms, golf courses, campgrounds, marinas, resorts and event grounds. Great for marketing, seasonal comparisons and showing land use and layout to buyers, partners and guests.
“You are competing with places that already look incredible on social.”
Short, scroll-stopping aerial clips of patios, resorts, waterfront venues and local attractions, cut for Instagram, TikTok and your website so your place stands out in the feed.

Safe & Legal
Commercial drone work in Canada requires a certified pilot and a registered aircraft. We plan every flight around Transport Canada’s operating rules and altitude limits.
Many areas in Ontario have busy controlled airspace. We check every location in advance and get the required authorization before we fly near airports or restricted areas.
We follow site safety rules, keep clear of people who haven’t agreed to be filmed, and can blur faces and licence plates on request.
FAQ
It depends on the location, how long we need to fly, and how much editing you want. We quote every project after a quick call, and recurring site-documentation plans are priced per visit or per month.
Drones can’t fly safely in strong wind, heavy rain or snowfall or very poor visibility. We agree on a backup date with you when we book, so a bad forecast never derails your shoot.
Usually yes, but every location is different. We check airspace, local rules and the site owner’s permission before booking. Some venues and private properties restrict drones, so it’s worth telling us the address early.
Yes. Weekly, monthly or seasonal flights give you dated, organized footage you can use for progress reports, client updates and site-condition records.
Edited videos and photos delivered by download link, plus raw clips if your editor needs them. We can also cut vertical versions for Instagram and TikTok.
Absolutely. We coordinate the timing and shot list so our aerial footage fits with the rest of your coverage.
